Sharon Stone's breakthrough role was in "Basic Instinct", in which she had that famous "is she or isn't she wearing panties" appearance. After appearing in the sultry (but mostly dark) sex scenes of "Sliver" and the wonderful scenes in "The Specialist", she didn't reveal anything in "Casino" and turned down a role in "Diabolique" because of the nudity involved. She showed a little skin again in HBO's "If These Walls Could Talk 2" in a bed scene with Ellen DeGeneres.
