Maria was born in Cuba and raised in Venezuela. She's a former beauty queen winning hte titles of Miss Teenager of the World and Miss Venezuela. She's also appeared on TV in South America nd is a talentesd singer. "Moscow on the Hudson" was her first film and first nude performance. Since then she has appeared in "The Running Man", "Extreme Prejudice", "Colors" and "The House of the Spirits", showing some skin along hte way.
